1. Data controller

The data controller is Outzone Sagl, with registered office at Via Grumo 31, 6929 Gravesano, Switzerland, registered with the Commercial Register of the Canton of Ticino.

For any request relating to personal data you may write to info@outzone.app or by post to the registered office above.

2. Categories of data processed

2.1 Data you provide directly

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, nickname.
• Access credentials: username and password (encrypted) for the app.
• Profile and purchase data: preferences, interests, event and ticket history (in app).
• Communications: messages sent to support, reviews and feedback.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Browsing data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, device identifiers.
• Usage data: pages visited, interactions and time spent.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookie section below.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data for the following main purposes, each with its own legal basis and retention period:

• Registration and account management: performance of a contract; for the duration of the relationship and, where required, up to 10 years for tax obligations.
• Ticket sales and transactions: performance of a contract / legal obligation; 10 years.
• Service communications (notifications, support, security): performance of a contract / legitimate interest; duration of the relationship.
• Marketing and newsletter: consent; until withdrawal.
• Fraud prevention and security: legitimate interest / legal obligation; up to 5 years after the event.

5. Privacy controls available to you

In the Outzone app you will be able to granularly configure your visibility through three Privacy Levels (Public, Friends, Private), with reinforced Privacy by Default settings for minors and background geolocation and marketing notifications off by default. The pre-launch website has no such controls, as we collect neither geolocation nor profiling data.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the FADP and the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: obtain confirmation of processing and access your data.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request deletion of data in the cases provided by law.
• Restriction: request restriction of processing.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or for marketing.
• Complaint: lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Requests can be sent to info@outzone.app. We will respond within 30 days of receipt, save for justified extensions as permitted by law.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

On this pre-launch website we use only strictly necessary technologies and anti-abuse tools. In summary (Cookie Policy v1.1):

• Technical cookies (necessary): the admin-area session cookie ensures authentication and security. No consent required.
• reCAPTCHA v3 (Google): active on forms to prevent abuse; it loads Google scripts and transfers data to the United States, covered by the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses.

We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies on the pre-launch website. Consent, where required, is stored for a maximum of 6 months and can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Retention period

We keep data for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in any case in compliance with legal terms. Once the retention period has elapsed, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice via the Platform or by email. The effective date is shown at the top.
