This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the Outzone mobile application and website, in compliance with the provider-identification duty under Swiss e-commerce law (in particular Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition, UCA) and, where applicable to users in the European Union/EEA, with the corresponding information duties.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Italian and English versions of this document, the Italian version prevails.

3. Hosting and infrastructure
The Platform is hosted on infrastructure managed by Outzone with a Swiss provider. Data is stored in Switzerland.
- Application and backup hosting: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). Backups are kept in Switzerland.
- Object storage (profile pictures, event and post images): self-hosted MinIO on the Swiss infrastructure.
- Maps: maps are provided via CARTO / OpenStreetMap (map tiles load data that may receive your IP address).
- Payment processing: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland; Stripe, Inc., United States) — see section 4.
Outzone does not use Amazon Web Services (AWS). For the full list of providers that process personal data, the purposes and the cross-border transfer mechanisms, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
4. Outzone's role in ticket sales
Outzone is a technology service provider that connects event organizers with attendees and acts as a technical payment facilitator.
For payments, Outzone uses Stripe Connect with direct charges on Standard accounts. This means that, when you buy a paid ticket:
- the seller and "merchant of record" is the event organizer, not Outzone: the charge is created directly on the organizer's Stripe account, and the organizer's business name appears on your card statement;
- the organizer is responsible for event delivery, refunds, disputes and chargebacks;
- Outzone acts as a technical intermediary and payment facilitator and does not hold buyer funds on its own account; we retain only a service fee.
Outzone is therefore not a party to the ticket sale contract, which is concluded between you and the organizer. Details are set out in the Ticket Sale & Refund Terms and the Organizer Terms.
5. Content published on the Platform
5.1 Organizer content
Content relating to events (descriptions, images, conditions, prices) is published directly by Organizers, under their sole responsibility. Outzone acts as an active hosting service provider: it does not pre-screen Organizer content, except for automated and sample checks aimed at detecting manifestly unlawful content.
5.2 User content
Users may publish content on the Platform — posts, comments, reactions, tags, reviews, profile pictures and profile content — under their sole responsibility, in compliance with the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. Outzone does not yet offer chat or private messaging (a feature that is planned).
5.3 Reporting unlawful content
If you encounter unlawful content or content that breaches our rules, contact info@outzone.app or use the reporting function built into the Platform. We act promptly in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. Outzone reserves the right to remove content that violates the law, the Terms or the Guidelines and to apply the measures provided for therein.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Platform, the "outzone" trademark, the logo, the outzone.app domain, the software, the organization of the website and mobile application, and the content published directly by Outzone belong exclusively to Outzone Sagl or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, communication to the public or use, even in part, is prohibited. Requests relating to use of the trademark or content may be sent to info@outzone.app.
7. Disclaimer
